Safety & Rental Policies
At Charm City Watersports, your safety comes first. Before booking, please review these key requirements:

Operators must be 18+ with a valid ID and must complete a short safety test. All riders must be able to swim.

Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and orientation. Late arrivals may lose ride time without refund.

All participants must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver.

Cancellations require 48 hours' notice to receive a refund or reschedule.
