Our guided tours are beginner friendly and include a full safety briefing, operating instructions, and on-water guidance before departure. Are guided tours included? Yes. All experiences are guided jet ski tours led by local guides, allowing riders to explore Baltimore’s waterfront safely while experiencing the city from the water. What landmarks will we see? Charm City Signature Tour (2 Hours | $260) Extended Baltimore riding experience with more time on the water, additional exploration, and open ride opportunities.
🛟 Safety & Requirements What is the minimum age? Drivers must be 16 years or older to operate a jet ski. Passengers must meet minimum safety requirements. Can two people ride on one jet ski? Yes. Each Yamaha jet ski can accommodate up to 2 riders. Is there a weight limit? For safety reasons, the maximum combined rider weight is 350 lbs per jet ski. Please contact us with questions before booking. Are alcohol or drugs permitted before riding? No. Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited before or during the experience for safety reasons.

🌦 Booking & Weather What is your cancellation policy? Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. What happens if weather changes? If weather or water conditions are unsafe, tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or refunded. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or reschedule option.
